“Recently I decided to switch my Aquarium maintenance services over to the Fish Guys. I had be having issues with my aquarium and had been losing a great deal fish and not getting any resolution from my previous service company. My service technician (Bill) arrived on schedule and proceeded to review my concerns and provide me with possible causes. After our dicussion, Bill began his servicing of my aquarium and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and the meticulous manner in which he cleaned virtually ever part of tank (including the filter, intake tube, tank decorations, rocks, etc.) He thoroughly cleaned all the glass surfaces inside and out, including scrubbing and scraping the inside of the tank’s interior glass surfaces) Once Bill completed his maintenance he offered me guidance in what to do to help bring my tank back up to par. In just 3 days since his visit, the tank looks great. The water is crystal clear, all the decorative plants, etc. look like new and most of all, my entire community of fish are active again and no longer lethargic. Thanks Bill, it was amazing what you accomplished in just one visit and I look forward to the next service call.”

Hi Bill!

Thank you for giving me my tank back! I’m so grateful with the job you did. All my fish are out and happy, my corals look amazing too. I attached 2 pics, and if you look carefully at the bottom of pic 2, you’ll see the red rock anemone! I’m still kinda in shock right now. Even the Duncan looks better. The algae is gone! We moved into a home that came with a 90 gallon bow front saltwater tank with puffers, a tang, squirrel fish and wrasse. Luckily, The Fish Guys had been working with this tank; John in particular for several years. Not only has John been knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. but he has also become a friend. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our beloved pets!
