FishGuys is a full-service aquarium company specializing in creating beautiful, low-stress aquariums for our clients. We do the hard work so they can sit back and enjoy the view. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Aquarium Technician who loves aquatic life and wants to turn that passion into a career.

What You’ll Do

Care for residential and commercial aquariums, including fish-only and reef systems.
Perform water changes, equipment maintenance, and general aquarium upkeep.
Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry and livestock health.
Identify and troubleshoot system or livestock issues in the field.
Communicate professionally with clients and deliver top-tier service.
Assist with installations, deliveries, and equipment setups.
Safely operate a company vehicle and support light shop maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with aquarium keeping (reef experience is a major plus).
Understanding of aquarium equipment, lighting, and filtration systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems creatively.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and customer-first attitude.
Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to keep learning.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of coral, fish, and invertebrate care.
Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
Awareness of common aquarium diseases and treatment approaches.
Previous service or customer-facing experience.

Full-time or part-time available
