Yes — we sell quarantined fish, corals, aquariums of all sizes, and carefully selected equipment and supplies to our clients.
Yes. All fish and corals go through a rigorous quarantine protocol. Clients with membership plans receive extended livestock guarantees.
If you’re not on a contract, we’ll do our best to reschedule you, but it may take longer. Membership clients get priority rescheduling within 1–5 business days to keep their tank on track.
Most aquariums are serviced every 2–4 weeks.
No. We don’t require contracts — we earn your trust with every visit. We do offer membership plans for added value, discounts, and perks.
Membership gives you priority scheduling, reduced costs, extended livestock guarantees, and higher likelihood of assistance with special services like tank moves or emergencies.
Basic plans start around $150/month. While others may charge less, it’s often apples to oranges — with nearly 100 years of combined expertise, we take more time, care, and detail to deliver lasting results. Cutting corners on aquarium care can backfire, leading to bigger cleanups, livestock loss, or costly repairs — so investing in proper service usually saves money (and stress) in the long run.
Yes — but only as part of a membership plan. For stable tanks within our core service area, we offer a Full + Essentials Rotation Plan. Full Service visits cover everything in detail, while Essentials Visits focus on the critical tasks (tests, glass cleaning, equipment check, text update) to keep your system stable between full services.
This is not a half-service — it’s a professional rotation plan designed to keep your aquarium healthy and costs predictable. Not all aquariums qualify; our technicians will advise if your system is a good fit.
Each visit may include:
Yes. We design, source, and install custom aquariums of any size.
One of our proudest accomplishments began as a 90-gallon reef, expanded to 300 gallons, and eventually grew into a 1,000+ gallon custom reef aquarium — showcasing our ability to scale and evolve systems over time.
Tank moves are case by case due to size and risk. Aquariums over 150 gallons may require a moving company in conjunction with our team. Members receive priority consideration.
Our specialty is aquariums, but in some cases we may help if photos and info are submitted through our contact form.
We service freshwater, saltwater, reef tanks, and custom systems — in homes, businesses, schools, medical offices, and public spaces.
